12 oz fresh spinach, 2 bananas, 1/4 cup organic plain whole milk yogurt, 1/4 cup unfiltered apple juice -
i didn't have the juice, so i used water.
remembered my blender is the worst,
put more water in...
too much water.
so it was like banana/spinach juice...so i mixed in some baby oatmeal to thicken it up.
